Best NBA DFS Plays tonight: Keegan Murray & More, October 27 | 2022-23 NBA Season
Players from eight teams are available to choose from for Thursday's NBA DFS DraftKings and FanDuel Slates. Both slates begin at 7:30 p.m. EDT tonight. Let's look at the best players to target for both production and value this Thursday, October 27.
NBA DFS Star Picks
Domantas Sabonis, C/PF, Sacramento Kings (DraftKings $8.2k, FanDuel $9.0k)
Domantas Sabonis has decent stats so far this season, but his scoring hasn't been at normal levels so far. The All-Star big man averages only 14.3 points per game, but his rebounding and assisting numbers have been excellent. Last year, Sabonis was shipped over to Sacramento at the deadline from the Pacers, and in his career as a King, he has averages of 18.1 points, 11.8 boards, and 5.7 dimes.
Tonight, Sabonis should be able to have a well-rounded fantasy game versus a Grizzlies team that's without Jaren Jackson Jr., one of the best interior defenders in the league. Expect the Kings star to show out tonight in what should be a high-paced contest.
Other NBA DFS Star Picks: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, PG/SG, Oklahoma City Thunder (DraftKings $9.3k, FanDuel $10.3k), Desmond Bane, SG/SF, Memphis Grizzlies (DraftKings $7.0k, FanDuel $7.4k)

NBA DFS Value Picks
Kyle Lowry, PG, Miami Heat (DraftKings $5.8k, FanDuel $5.1k)
Veteran point guard Kyle Lowry may not be an All-Star caliber player anymore, but he can certainly have big statlines from time to time. This year he's averaging a modest 12 points per game, but he has seen 33 or more minutes of action in every game besides his team's blowout win over the Trail Blazers last night. He's also averaging 9.4 field goals and 3.8 free throws so far, but there is room for him to be a lot more efficient. He's still a solid passer at this stage of his career, and while he is averaging just 4.8 dimes this year, his mark of 7.5 per game last year indicates that this average should rise as well.
Keegan Murray, SF/PF, Sacramento Kings (DraftKings $5.5k, FanDuel $5.2k)
Kings rookie Keegan Murray has only two NBA games under his belt, but he already has the poise of a veteran. He turned heads during the Summer League with his excellent play, but through two games, he's shown that he's ready for this level of competition. Murray has totaled 35 points and nine boards in two games off the bench, and tonight he's expected to make his first career start. He saw 38 minutes despite not starting on Sunday, and tonight look for him to play big minutes and fill up the stat sheet.
Other NBA DFS Value Picks: Santi Aldama, PF/C, Memphis Grizzlies (DraftKings $5.2k, FanDuel $5.3k), Caleb Martin, SG/SF, Miami Heat (DraftKings $4.6k, FanDuel $4.1k)
