Houston Texans vs. Las Vegas Raiders Match Details
Fixture: Houston Texans @ Las Vegas Raiders
Date & Time: Sunday, October 23, 4:05 p.m. EDT
Venue: Allegiant Stadium, Paradise, Nevada
NFL Parlay Leg #1: Raiders First Half Over 13.5 Points
The Raiders blew a 17-0 lead to the Kansas City Chiefs last week, so expect Las Vegas to come out hungry and desperate for a win today. In that game, the Raiders had 20 first-half points, and in the game, before that, they had 19 going into the break. Now on the season, they average 14.4 points before halftime. The Texans' defense was excellent last week, but with the Raiders' weapons on offense, it'll be difficult to repeat that performance. Expect Derek Carr, Davante Adams, and Josh Jacobs to help their team finish the first half with at least 14 on the board.
NFL Parlay Leg #2: Dameon Pierce Over 64.5 Rushing Yards
Dameon Pierce has been one of the most productive running backs in the league this year, and he's averaged 94.8 rushing yards per game since the start of Week 2. Pierce saw 26 carries last game, and while that's atypical for him, he normally sees around 15-20 caries regularly. Expect him to reach 65 today, as he's tallied 69 or more yards on the ground in each of his past four games.
NFL Parlay Leg #3: Josh Jacobs Anytime TD Scorer
Josh Jacobs didn't record a touchdown through the three weeks, but he's gotten on the scoresheet recently, tallying three rushing TDs in his last two games. Jacobs is a centerpiece of the Raiders' offense, as evidenced by his 18.2 carries per game. Lately, Jacobs has seen even more touches, and the offense has flowed a lot better overall, which should give him more opportunities to extend his TD streak to three games. Also, he's caught five passes in each of the past three weeks prior to his team's Week 6 Bye, so it's plausible that he records a receiving TD at some point. Expect Jacobs, who has seen 49 carries over his last two contests, to find the end zone today against the third-worst run defense in the NFL.
