Best Player Props for Sunday - Chargers vs. Raiders - December 4 | 2022 NFL Football Season
The Los Angeles Chargers (6-5) will visit the Las Vegas Raiders (4-7) on Sunday. Los Angeles pulled off a stunning comeback last week, beating the Arizona Cardinals 25-24. The Chargers scored the final eight points of the game in the last 18 seconds, capped by a successful two-point conversion pass from QB Justin Herbert to TE Gerald Everett.
Meanwhile, the cardiac Raiders won their second straight game, decided by one score or less. Las Vegas went back and forth with Seattle in a high-scoring contest that required overtime to determine the victor.
On their second drive in the extra frame, running back Josh Jacobs busted loose for a game-winning 86-yard touchdown run. Jacobs finished with a new franchise-high 303 yards from scrimmage in the win.
Below, we'll highlight the best player props for this mid-Sunday showdown between the Chargers and the Raiders.

NFL Player Prop #1: Los Angeles Chargers WR Josh Palmer Over 50 Receiving Yards (-113)
One consistency of the Los Angeles receiving core has been the presence of Joshua Palmer. Of the guys that start out of the three receiving sets, Palmer has played the most snaps and missed the least amount of games. With fellow running mate Mike Williams slated to miss yet another game, Palmer should once again take over wide receiver no. 2 duties in his steed.
Palmer has dominated this season when playing second fiddle to Allen or Williams, eclipsing 50 yards in four of his last five while LA is down one of their elite wideouts. Expect Palmer to again be one of Herbert's favorite targets against a disastrous Las Vegas secondary.
NFL Player Prop #2: Las Vegas Raiders RB Josh Jacobs Over 90.5 Rushing Yards (-113)
Josh Jacobs is on a mission to secure his bag after the Raiders didn't pick up his fifth-year option during the preseason. He now looks destined for a big payday, leading the NFL in rushing yards with over 1,100. Jacobs averages 105.4 yards per game, nearly 15 more than he is projected to do on Sunday.
He is also going against arguably one of the worst rushing defenses of the last decade. Who opposes the Chargers' front seven doesn't matter, as they just run on them at will. It should be no different for the NFL rushing yards leader.
NFL Player Prop #3: Los Angeles QB Justin Herbert Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-188)
Like Jacobs, Herbert is an elite talent in a favorable matchup on Sunday. The Raiders have been torched through the air all season, and Herbert is one of the best young gunslingers the NFL has to offer.
He also has a ton of talent around him, like Austin Ekeler and Keenan Allen, who should have a field day against the LV secondary. The juice is steep, but the play is a bankroll builder waiting to happen.
