Detroit Pistons vs. Denver Nuggets Prediction: Injury Report, Starting 5s, Betting Odds & Spreads - November 22 | 2022-23 NBA Season
The Detroit Pistons' (3-15) grueling six-away-game journey continues tonight as they clash with the injury-devastated Denver Nuggets (10-6). Between the Pistons' disastrous run this season and the Nuggets' undermanned, injury woes, tonight's going to be a highly stressful game for both teams.
The Pistons are currently on a rough seven-game losing streak, most recently falling to the Sacramento Kings over the weekend. The Nuggets, meanwhile, are coming off a narrow win over the Dallas Mavericks last night. The win served as revenge for a loss to the Mavericks on Saturday.

Detroit Pistons vs. Denver Nuggets Injury Report
Both teams are coming into tonight with a lot of physical setbacks for the players. On the Denver front, star center Nikola Jokic will be out again tonight due to an ongoing, undisclosed illness. Worse still, point guard Jamal Murray will be joining him on the sidelines for what's believed to be the same condition. Point guard Jeff Green is out tonight, too, due to a knee injury. Power forward Aaron Gordon is also sick at the moment, but he has not been ruled out for tonight. Point guard Ish Smith's status is also up in the air due to a calf injury.
On the Pistons' end, point guard Cade Cunningham is out due to ongoing issues with a stress fracture in his shin. Center Isaiah Stewart will also miss tonight due to a foot injury. Power forward Saddiq Bey's ankle problems have made his status unclear for tonight.

Detroit Pistons vs. Denver Nuggets Betting Prediction
The Nuggets come in tonight handicapped by the alarming number of injuries and illnesses plaguing their team at the moment. With Jeff Green, Jamal Murray, and team MVP Nikola Jokic out of the picture, the likes of Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and DeAndre Jordan will have to step up the pace tonight if the undermanned Nuggets are to build off their Mavericks win.
In one of their worst seasons yet, the Pistons are coming into tonight's game with no momentum whatsoever. While they haven't been quite as disabled by injuries as their opponents tonight, their lack of chemistry as a team has cost them dearly thus far. With Cunningham and Stewart out, it doesn't seem hugely likely that they will be able to effectively turn their luck around here.
Prediction: Denver Nuggets -5.5 (-112)
