City climb up in EPL dominated Football Money League
Deloitte has published a list of teams that are the richest in the world of football. Current Premier League champions Manchester City have gone up by five places, and are at seventh place in this list.
The top ten teams consists of five English clubs, two Spanish, two Italian and one German club.
The Football Money League is published annually by Deloitte, and ranks clubs based on their revenue last season. Overall, the revenue of the top 20 clubs in the list rose 10% to €4.8 billion. City’s revenue has increased by 51% from last season, thus helping them finish seventh.
