Edinson Cavani's might be headed to Juventus next season according to agent
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) striker Edinson Cavani's agent admits "he could leave" the French football giants and says he would form one of Europe's strongest partnerships at Juventus with Paulo Dybala.
The former Napoli attacker has been linked with Juventus for some time and the Uruguayan's brother and agent Fernando Guglielmone helped fuel speculation on Wednesday.
Cavani has been overshadowed by the brilliant goal-machine Zlatan Ibrahimovic of Sweden.
"I've heard many things about the relationship between my brother and Ibrahimovic, several not true," Fernando was quoted as saying by football-italia.net.
"Edy has great respect, he simply said that he would like it more to play as a centre-forward, and his future doesn't depend on Ibra's.
"Would an eventual Champions League win take him away from Paris? It could do, but it isn't certain. I'm certainly not surprised that the top European clubs are interested in my brother.
"Landing in Turin? Everything is possible in football. They're a prestigious club with a great history and a fantastic present moment."
Cavani has 14 goals so far, while Ibrahimovic has 28 as the duo once again fired PSG to defend the Ligue 1 title. Now, PSG's aim will be to win the Champions League which has reached the quarter-final stage.
"In three months everything can change. Edinson could stay at PSG, who have an ambitious project, but also he could change. It will depend on many aspects, for now he only needs to think about winning the Champions League.
"Cavani with Dybala (in Juventus)? Well, they would form one of the strongest partnerships in Europe. But for now my brother plays with PSG.
