1934: Don Bradman and Bill Ponsford put on 451 runs in just over five hours against England in what stands as one of the biggest Test cricket partnerships of all time.
1956: Birthday of Sandeep Patil, who scored 4 Test centuries for India in 29 matches.
1983: Birthday of Australian cricketer Cameron White. The batsman has scored 2 centuries in 87 ODIs for Australia and played in 4 test matches.
