Paris 2024 Olympics India Day 2 Schedule: Full List of events, venues, & timings in IST July 28
Shooters and Shuttlers will again spearhead the charge for India at the 2024 Paris Olympics on Sunday (July 28). This time, there are more medal up for grabs.
Manu Bhaker, who got a step closer to her Olympics dream after qualifying for the final round in third place, will take to the Chateauroux Shooting Centre in the day itself.
The rifle squad, meanwhile, will also be keen to move the disappointment of losing out early in the Mixed Team Qualification rounds. Ramita Jindal and Elavenil Valarivan, Sandeep Singh and Arjun will be eyeing a spot in the individual final in hopes of securing a medal. Shuttlers PV Sindhu and HS Prannoy will be among the other names taking to court.
Rain on Saturday washed away most of the tennis matches and that of Rohan Bopanna and Sriram Balaji will now take to court for the Olympics on Sunday. The Indian women archers, led by Ankita Bhakat, Deepika Kumari and Bhajan Kaur, will also be seen in knockout action.
Intermittent action of Indian interest will also have Balraj Panwar compete in the rowing event and a couple of other names in the swimming pool.
