Paris Olympics 2024 Badminton Points Table: Women’s Doubles updated standings after July 28
In the women's doubles of the ongoing Paris Olympics 2024, Ashwini Ponnappa and Tanisha Crasto failed to create an impact, losing their first match of the campaign.

Group A
Moving to Group A standings, the Chinese pair of Chen Qing Chen and Jia Yi Fan are leading the points table with two consecutive victories. Malaysian pair of Tan Pearly and Thinaah Muralitharan are at the second rank with one win and a loss, picking up a points difference of two.
Japan is ranked third with one win and a loss. However, Indonesian pair Apriyani Rahayi and Fadia Silva couldn't bag a win, holding the wooden spoon.
Group B
Shifting our focus to Group B, the Chinese pair of Sheng Shu and Ning Tan are topping the points table with two consecutive wins, picking up a points difference of 31.
They are closely followed by the Bulgarian pair Gabriela and Stefani with one win and a loss. Hong Kong pair Nga Ting and Lam Pui are ranked third while USA pair Annie and Kerry are yet to bag a win.
Group C
In Group C, the Japanese pair Nami and Chiharu are occupying the pole position with a win over Australian pair of Setyana and Angela. On the other hand, South Korea is ranked second with a points difference of 14, defeating the Indian duo.
The Indian duo of Ashwin Ponnappa and Tanisha Crasto are ranked third in the tally while Australia is occupying the last position in the standings.
Group D
Delving into the details of Group D, Thailand pair Jongkolphan and Rawinda are leading the standings with a points difference of five. Denmark and South Korea are ranked second and third. France bagged a loss to Thailand and are at the bottom spot.

The Indian pair Tanisha Crasto and Ashwini Ponnappa will lock horns with the Japanese pair of Nami Maatsuyama and Chiharu Shida on July 29 at 12:50 PM IST. On the other hand, they will take on the Australian pair of Setyana and Angela on July 30 at 6:20 PM IST.
