Paris Olympics 2024 Medal Count Day 3: Updated Gold, Bronze & Silver Medal Tally for all countries

Japan have retained the top spot in the Paris Olympics 2024 medal tally with 12 medals (six gold, two silver, and four bronze). France (previously fourth) have moved to the second position in the medal tally with 16 medals, including five gold, eight silver, and three bronze medals.

China have climbed three spots to occupy the third post in the Paris Olympics 2024 medal table with 12 medals. The Asian nation has clinched two bronze, five silver, and as many gold medals thus far in the competition.

Australia and the Republic of Korea are fourth and fifth, respectively, with nine medals each. The United States of America (20 medals), Great Britain (10 medals), Italy (eight medals), Canada (five medals) and Hong Kong, China (three medals) are placed sixth to 10th in the Paris Olympics 2024 medal tally.

Germany are 11th with a couple of gold medals. Kazakhstan and South Africa jointly hold the 12th place with three medals (one gold and two bronze) apiece. Meanwhile, Belgium are 14th with a gold and bronze medal each.

Azerbaijan, Romania, and Uzbekistan are 15th with one gold medal each so far in the Paris Olympics 2024. Brazil and Sweden are 18th with three medals (one silver and two bronze).

Five nations, namely Fiji, Kosovo, Mongolia, Poland, and Tunisia hold the 20th position with one silver medal each. Meanwhile, the Republic of Moldova are placed 25th with a couple of bronze medals in Judo.

Croatia, Egypt, Spain, Hungary, India, Turkiye, Ireland, Mexico, Switzerland, Slovakia, and Ukraine are jointly placed 26th in the Paris Olympics 2024 medal tally with one bronze medal each.


India fail to win medals on Day 3 at Paris Olympics 2024

Ramita Jindal and Arjun Babuta finished seventh and fourth in their respective events on Day 3 at the Paris Olympics 2024. The men's archery team also faced a humiliating defeat against Turkiye in the quarter-finals, making it a day to forget for the Indian fans. Nonetheless, Manika Batra scripted history by becoming the first Indian to reach the Round of 16 in Table Tennis at the Olympic Games towards the end of the day.
