Paris Paralympics 2024 Medal Tally: Updated Gold, Silver & Bronze Medal Tally for all countries after Day 11
On Sunday, September 8, China finished at the top of the Paris Paralympics 2024 medal tally with 220 medals, including 94 gold, 76 silver, and 50 bronze. They won four medals (three silver and one bronze) on the last day of the Paralympics.
Great Britain also won four medals, comprising two gold and as many silver, on Sunday and concluded second in the medal tally with 124 medals. They won 49 gold, 44 silver, and 31 bronze.
The United States of America remained third after winning three medals (two silver, one bronze) on the 11th day. They finished with 36 gold, 42 silver, and 27 bronze.
The Netherlands, with 27 gold, 17 silver, and 12 bronze, ended fourth in the Paralympics medal tally. Meanwhile, Brazil moved from sixth to fifth with 89 medals, featuring 25 gold, 26 silver, and 38 bronze. They won two gold and one silver medal on Day 11.
Italy slipped to sixth with 71 medals (24 gold, 15 silver, 32 bronze) while Ukraine (79) with 21 gold medals, retained their seventh spot.
Similarly, France remained eighth with 19 gold, 28 silver, and as many bronze. Australia also finished ninth with 63 medals, including 18 gold, 17 silver, and 28 bronze.
Japan (41), Germany (49), and Canada (29) reclaimed their 10th, 11th, and 12th spots, respectively. Japan won two medals while Germany won three on the last day of the Paralympics 2024.
Uzbekistan also remained in the 13th position with 10 gold, nine silver, and seven bronze medals. However, the Islamic Republic of Iran and Switzerland finished on the top-15 leaderboard with 25 and 21 medals, respectively. Both teams won eight gold but Iran won 10 silver medals, compared to Switzerland’s eight.
India had their best Paralympics campaign in their history. They finished 18th with seven gold, nine silver, and 13 bronze.

India concluded the Paris Paralympics 2024 without securing any medals on the final day. The country’s last podium finishes came on Saturday night when Simran Sharma claimed a bronze in the women’s 200m T12 and Navdeep Singh won gold in the men’s javelin throw F41.
Sunday proved disappointing as Pooja Ojha finished fourth with a time of 1:17.23, falling short of the third-placed Eleonora de Paolis of Italy, and was eliminated.
However, India's haul of seven gold medals marked their best-ever performance in Paralympic history.
