Fans were left excited and jumping off their seats as Indian shooting sensation, Manu Bhaker qualified for the 25m pistol final event with a second place finish in the qualification event. Thus, the young Indian shooter remains in contention for a historic third medal at the Paris Olympics.
The Indian fans took to X to share their joy as Manu, who had earlier claimed a bronze medal each in 10 air pistol individual and mixed events, is in fray for her third medal in the Paris Olympics.

Manu Bhaker storms into 25m Pistol event final at Paris Olympics
Manu will take part in the women’s 25m pistol final at the Paris Olympics 2024 on Saturday, August 3, at 1 PM IST. Bhaker advanced to the final by securing second place in the qualification round with an impressive score of 590-24x.
This performance ensured her spot among the top eight shooters. Her scores in the precision and rapid stages were 294 and 296, respectively. Unfortunately, India's Esha Singh could not make the final, placing 18th with a score of 581-17x.
