WTT Contender Tunis 2024: Results at the end of Day 3
On the first day of the main draw in the WTT Contender Tunis 2024, Indian paddlers faced mixed results. Let’s delve into the details of how Indian players fared on Day 3 of the WTT Contender Tunis 2024 competition.
Moving to the men’s singles, Manav Thakkar, Sathiyan Gnanasekaran, and Sharath Kamal registered wins and moved to the pre-quarter-final round. However, Harmeet Desai and Manush Shah suffered defeats.
In the women’s singles, Diya Parag, Manika Batra, and Yashaswini Ghorpade bagged wins and advanced to the Round of 16. However, Sreeja Akula, who is also part of the Paris-bound team, bowed out of the campaign.
In men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles, Indian paddlers had decent outings as nine pairs will be a part of the quarter-finals of the WTT Contender Tunis 2024.
