When Badosa was supposed to face Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in the quarterfinals, Tsitsipas was eliminated from the tournament after he lost his Round of 32 match against Jack Draper. After the win, in an adorable moment, the couple was seen holding the trophy together and kissing it and the video of the same was shared by Tsitsipas on X with an endearing caption:

Speaking about the triumph, Tsitispas said, via News18:
“We had been planning this (to play mixed doubles with Badosa) for a long time, and I’m very happy it finally happened… I’m grateful that we were able to play good tennis and have fun, and that I got to share this experience with a special person, with whom I also share my life.
