Is this former women's world number one dating an NBA Champion and All-Star?

Caro’s tennis career hasn’t been all smiles for a while

Carlone Wozniacki has a certain taste in men. Money and headlines, that’s how she likes her guys. No objections or scrutiny here, not that there needs to be, when you’re seen in public with the likes of Novak Djokovic’s brother and NFL star J.J Watt. And all this after an unceremonious end to her engagement with golf savant Rory McIlroy.

The list gets a little longer and this one’s no trinket – two-time NBA All-Star and a part of last year’s championship-winning Golden State Warriors unit, David Lee. After what might or might not have been a departure from the trend, where she was seen at an NBA game sitting close to Oscar winner Adrien Brody, Wozniacki returns to her bread and butter – athletes.

The former world number 1 and the Celtics’ forward were photographed together at a party in The Versace Mansion in Miami. The Celtics had beat the Heat at home and it is told that Lee and Caro had met the previous night.

Considering the number of men the poor Dane has been linked to since her harrowing break-up with the former world number one, we feel that this could be a hit or miss. We mean the information, not the actual thing. Rory McIlroy ended their relationship over the phone, after both were engaged for six months and the wedding invites were printed. The two were together from 2011 to 2014.

Lee, who won his first NBA Championship with the Warriors last season, despite it being injury-marred, is now in his 10th year in the NBA and his third team. He was traded to the Celtics during the off-season because his contract($15 million) was breaking the Warriors’ bank.
