"Are you as old as me yet?"- Chris Evert wishes Rennae Stubbs on Aussie's 52nd birthday

Chris Evert wished her friend and former doubles World No. 1 Rennae Stubbs on her 52nd birthday.

Stubbs is among the finest doubles players of all time and enjoyed a brilliant career throughout which, she won six Grand Slams (four in women's doubles and two in mixed doubles).

The Aussie turned 52 on March 26 and a fan took to social media to wish her while also stating that she won a Grand Slam match every year from 1989-2011.

"Happy Birthday to the one and only @RennaeStubbs. Fun Fact: Rennae won at least one match at a Grand Slam every year from 1989-2011. In her storied career, Rennae won 60 doubles titles on the WTA Tour, 4 doubles majors, and 2 mixed doubles majors. Happy Birthday Rennae," the fan's tweet read.

Chris Evert recently praised Daniil Medvedev while speaking to Eurosport and claimed that the Russian is charismatic and very likable. The American also hailed the 27-year-old's personality and his willingness to speak his mind all the time.

I love him. I think he's very charismatic. I thought he spoke very eloquently, and he speaks very well. He's very likeable - he's like a little kid on the court sometimes when he's like a mischievous little bad boy," Evert said.
"But I think it adds a lot of personality to the game of tennis, and he's not afraid to wear his personality or his heart on his sleeve. I think it's good to have all those varieties," she added.

Medvedev is currently competing at the Miami Masters and booked his place in the fourth round of the tournament after his third-round opponent Alex Molcan withdrew due to a hip injury.

The Russian will face either Mackenzie McDonald or Quentin Halys in the Round of 16 in Miami.
