Both Shelton and Rodman have been consistently vocal about their support for each other, with Rodman making appearances at multiple tennis matches to cheer for her boyfriend. Most recently, Ben Shelton has been in action at the Stuttgart Open, where his entry into the semifinals has guaranteed him a spot on the ATP Top 10. Reacting to this news, Trinity Rodman wrote on her Instagram story,

At the Stuttgart Open, Shelton will now go up against Alexander Zverev as he fights for a spot in the final.

Ben Shelton and Trinity Rodman's ‘relationship reveal’ in March this year went viral, with many fans showcasing their support for the sporting couple. In a recent interview with USA Today, Shelton revealed the reason behind making their relationship public, saying,
“I mean I'm not going to tell everything but there was like a period of time where every single week it'd be like some different little clip or article, speculating who I was dating so I was like well ‘might as well just let them know who it is’."
“She's great. I think we're both very happy and, and yeah it's been cool getting to know her and spend time with her,” he went on to add.
In the same interview, the youngster also revealed that the duo had tried their hands at each other's sports and fared quite well, saying,
“We both played (each other's sports). I think we both (were) surprised how good the other one was at the sport, from what we thought before. I'm sure she thought that I couldn't kick a soccer ball at all. And she was surprisingly very good at tennis.”
On the tennis end of things, Ben Shelton will return to action on Saturday, June 14, for his semifinal clash against Alexander Zverev at the Stuttgart Open. Meanwhile, Trinity Rodman has been taking some time away from the soccer field due to a recurring back injury.
