Canadian Open 2024 Schedule Today: TV schedule, start time, order of play, live stream details & more | Day 7
Day 7 of the Canadian Open 2024 will witness players duking it out for the title across all four disciplines. The women's field in Toronto will feature defending champion Jessica Pegula taking on Amanda Anisimova in the singles final.
This will be the third career meeting between the two Americans, with Pegula having won both of their prior encounters. The doubles championship match will see the top-seeded duo of Gabriela Dabrowski and Erin Routliffe going up against the American pairing of Desirae Krawczyk and Caroline Dolehide.
Over in Montreal, Andrey Rublev and Alexei Popyrin will fight for the men's singles title. The Russian already won the Madrid Open earlier this season, and will now try to capture two Masters titles in the same year for the first time in his career.
Popyrin has advanced to his maiden career final at the Masters level. The Australian will make his top 30 debut once the latest ATP rankings are released and could breach the top 25 with a title.
The men's doubles final will pit top seeds Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos against third seeds Rajeev Ram and Joe Salisbury. The latter team beat the former in straight sets in the final of last year's ATP Finals, their previous high-profile encounter.
