The 2023 Super Bowl is officially here with the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs squaring off against each other to lift the coveted title. As per official reports, nine-time Grammy Award winner Rihanna is set to perform at the halftime show, thus making her comeback to live shows. Although the Barbadian singer has kept mum regarding her song lineup, that hasn't stopped her fans from coming up with their own theories.
The teenage tennis star, who has previously expressed her love for music, turned to social media to come up with her own bold predictions. In a video posted by her on Tiktok, shared by a fan on Twitter, Gauff stated her predictions while also taking a logical viewpoint to support her beliefs.
"Okay, this is my prediction for Rihanna’s Opening song for the Super Bowl. And I’m telling you right now, I think the first song gonna be, 'Please Don’t Stop the Music.' But the first thing we are going to hear, the first sound we are going to hear is from 'Bi***h Better Have My Money'," Gauff said.
The World No. 6 further added more details to Rihanna's highly-anticipated performance at the Super Bowl. Gauff even went as far as to sing a few lines from the famous 2015 song.
“It’s gonna be pitch black, silent. And we gonna get is "Don’t act like you forgot"… Because we haven’t seen Rihanna perform in I don’t know how long? And then she would go like "Don’t act like you forgot".. and boom and then 'Please don’t stop the music.' I’m telling you all that’s what going to happen," Coco Gauff said.
The former doubles World No. 1 also wrote about the same on her Twitter profile.
"Rihanna coming out to b better have my money “don’t act like you forgot” lyric and then maybe please don’t stop the music. you heard it here first," Gauff tweeted.
