Dallas Open 2023: Men's draw, schedule, players, prize money breakdown and more
The second edition of the Dallas Open will be held from February 6-12, 2023. It's one of three ATP tournaments scheduled for this week, with the others being in Cordoba and Montpellier.
Taylor Fritz is the lone top 10 player in action; the World No. 8 leads the field as the top seed. Compatriot Frances Tiafoe is seeded second, with Denis Shapovalov and Miomir Kecmanovic rounding out the top four seeds.
Defending champion Reilly Opelka is still recovering from an injury and had to withdraw from the tournament. Ben Shelton, who recently made the quarterfinals of the Australian Open, also had to pull out.

What is the Dallas Open?
The tournament replaced the New York Open on the calendar last year and the debut edition was held in Dallas, with great success. The was also the city's first time hosting a tennis tournament since 1983.
The Dallas Open is classified as an ATP 250 event on the tour and is played on indoor hardcourts.
Venue
The Dallas Open will be held at the Styslinger/Altec Tennis Complex at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Players
Taylor Fritz and Denis Shapovalov, the highest seeds in the top half of the draw, have received a first-round bye. The former could meet compatriot Jack Sock in the second round, while the latter could be up against Michael Mmoh or Wu Yibing.
Adrian Mannarino will begin his campaign against home favorite Steve Johnson. Marcos Giron and Denis Kudla have also landed in the top half. Frances Tiafoe and Miomir Kecmanovic lead the bottom half of the draw; both have received a first-round bye as well.
Tiafoe is likely to meet Mackenzie McDonald, who knocked Rafael Nadal out of the Australian Open, in the second round. John Isner is up against Chun-hsin Tseng in his opener. J.J. Wolf has been drawn against a qualifier in the first round.

Schedule
The main-draw action will commence on Monday, February 6. The first and second round matches will continue until Thursday.
The quarterfinals and semifinals are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, with the championship round taking place on Sunday, February 12.
