Danielle Collins proudly embraces her 'Sagittarius' traits as astrological chart reading brings focus to her passionate and 'homebody' nature
Danielle Collins has opened up about her enthusiasm for zodiac signs after reacting to an analysis of her astrological chart. The American excitedly emphasized the need for more conversations about how players' star signs influenced their personalities.
Collins has been enjoying some well-deserved downtime with fun activities during the off-season. She recently embarked on a fishing trip, proudly showing off a large fish she captured in the ocean. The American is also gearing up to celebrate her 31st birthday on December 13, making her a Sagittarius.
Ahead of her birthday, Danielle Collins took notice of astrologist Lars Mellis conducting a reading of her astrological chart. Mellis highlighted the fiery energy and passion the 30-year-old displayed on the court while revealing that her chart suggested that she was more of a homebody than people might assume.
"You know there’s a lot of passion and a lot of fire a lot of expansion when she’s on court. She absolutely fills up space with her energy and that is definitely reflected in the chart itself. Though I would argue with the Cancer rising, I would assume she’s a lot more of a homebody than people expect," he said.
The World No. 11 reshared the clip on social media, expressing her love for discussions about players' zodiac signs while embracing her Sagittarian traits.

Danielle Collins was last in action at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals, initially intended to be the site of her retirement. However, the American shocked the tennis world by announcing that she would compete in the 2025 season after her fertility issues caused her to delay her "ultimate dream" of starting a family with her boyfriend Bryan Kipp.

Before she met her boyfriend, Bryan Kipp, Danielle Collins' belief in astrology played a role in ending a past relationship. During a recent appearance on Daria Kasatkina's 'What the Vlog' YouTube Channel, the World No. 12 recounted going on a date with a man that didn't work out on her end.
"I went out with this guy and he was really nice, but like, I don't know, it was just dinner, and I don't know...it just didn't work out, and he was messaging me, so, finally I was kind of like', 'okay, should I say, like, I'm not interested, should I just be really honest about it?" Danielle Collins said.
Collins disclosed that while the man asked her out on another date, she had to candidly explain that their pairing wouldn't work due to her travel schedule and because his Taurus zodiac sign wasn't compatible with her Sagittarian nature.
"Then he called me and he got me on the phone and I was like, 'okay, I better talk to him.' So, I talked to him about it and I'm like, 'look', and he's just like, 'Let's just go for another dinner and see[...]' I said, 'no, I'm traveling," she said.
"I've got a lot to come on and it's just not gonna work. And the other reason it's not gonna work is because I'm a Sagittarius and you are a Taurus and our compatibility just doesn't work. Like, it's just like the stars aren't aligned,'" she added.
On the tennis front, Danielle Collins will commence her 2025 season at the United Cup in Perth, where she will represent Team USA alongside Coco Gauff and Taylor Fritz.
