Where is Emma Raducanu playing?

Raducanu will compete at the Citi Open in Washington, D.C. The event is part of the US Open series, which links eight tournaments across North America ahead of the year's final Grand Slam at Flushing Meadows.

Who is Emma Raducanu playing against?

Raducanu will take on American Louisa Chirico in the first round of the Citi Open on Tuesday.

Chirico has played most of her tennis on the ITF circuit this season, where she won the ITF W60 in Charlottesville in April. She's registered 23 wins from 34 matches.

At Wimbledon, the 26-year-old scored competent wins over Anna Siskova, Reka Luca Jani and Kathinka Von Deichmann to enter the main draw, but fell to Paula Badosa in the first round.

Chirico also participated in the qualifiers at the Palermo Ladies Open in June, but withdrew from her match against Asia Muhammad. She made the main draw at the Citi Open with gutsy wins over Yuan Yue and Wang Xiyu.
