World No. 12 Emma Raducanu has not had a very good start to the 2022 season, winning only two out of five matches so far.
The Brit recently competed at the WTA 1000 tournaments in Indian Wells and Miami, where she lost in the third and second rounds respectively.
Raducanu will now shift her focus to the Billie Jean King Cup, where she will represent her nation in their qualifier against Czech Republic. The 19-year-old will be making her debut in the competition.

Emma Raducanu is set to take part in the qualifiers of the Billie Jean King Cup. Formerly known as the Fed Cup, the tournament was re-named after the legendary Billie Jean King in 2020.
This year marks the 59th edition of the team competition, with 16 nations set to participate in the qualifying stages and eight advancing to the finals.
Who is Emma Raducanu playing against?
Individual matchups for the tie between Great Britain and Czech Republic are yet to be decided.
The Czech team consists of Marketa Vondrousova, Tereza Martincova, Marie Bouzkova & Linda Fruhvirtova. Raducanu previously faced Vondrousova at Wimbledon last year, winning in straight sets.
The Brit is ranked higher than any of the Czech players, but considering her recent form she will have to be at her absolute best if she is to beat them.
