"Happy to be part of the family" - Novak Djokovic extends gratitude as he joins Maria Sharapova as part of hospitality brand Aman

World No. 2 Novak Djokovic has joined Maria Sharapova as a business partner of Aman, ready to serve as its first Global Wellness Advisor. He will join her to promote the company's collection of luxurious hotels worldwide.

Djokovic entered the 2024 US Open after achieving his first Olympic singles gold in Paris. He ousted Radu Albot in the first round and his countryman Laslo Djere in the second. The Serb advanced to the third round with his eyes on a 25th Grand Slam title.

In other news, the 37-year-old joined Aman as its first Global Wellness Advisor. In a recent Instagram post, the hospitality brand shared the reason behind choosing the Serb for the integral role at Aman.

Sharapova, the former World No. 1 from Russia, joined the Aman family as its first brand ambassador. The five-time Grand Slam titlist will curate wellness retreats, which will be available across selective Aman properties across the globe. The retreats will encompass medical treatments, spiritual, mental, and physical wellness, and her fitness routines.


Novak Djokovic promises to share his career and life learnings with Aman

After securing the deal with the brand, Djokovic shared that the knowhow of his wellness routine will be useful to Aman's guests.

"Over the years, I have cultivated a comprehensive daily wellness routine, combining mental health, nutrition, and fitness, that has enabled me to achieve sustained success both on the global stage and in my personal life. Sharing those learnings with Aman guests will be both a privilege and a pleasure," the 37-year-old said in a statement.

The 24-time Grand Slam titlist has been vocal about nurturing his well-being, having adopted a gluten-free and dairy-free diet plan. In a pre-Wimbledon appearance once at the ASICS House of Tennis, he talked about the importance of routines and how he benefitted from the wellness changes in his life.
