In pictures: Ana Ivanovic shows off her baby bump amidst third pregnancy
Former Serbian tennis player Ana Ivanovic took to social media to post pictures of herself and her growing baby bump, captioning it with the word "Grateful."
Ana Ivanovic is married to German footballer Bastian Schweinsteiger and the couple are expecting their third child. The duo married in 2016 in Venice, Italy, and in 2018, they welcomed their first son, Luka. A year later, Ivanovic gave birth to their second son, Leon.
Last month, the duo announced that they were expecting their third child. Taking to social media, Ivanovic posted two silhouetted photos of herself, standing by a window-side and embracing her baby bump.

Ana Ivanovic was nominated for the 2023 International Tennis Hall of Fame alongside Carlos Moya, Daniel Nestor, Flavia Pennetta, Lisa Raymond, Cara Black, and Juan Carlos Ferrero last year.
Ana Ivanovic speaks about her retirement, says it was a tough decision
Ana Ivanovic, a former World No. 1, was at the top of the WTA rankings for a total of 12 weeks. The Serb announced her retirement in 2016 after a disappointing season, in which she could only win 15 out of 29 matches.
She stated that she took the decision to move away from the sport as she did not feel fit enough to be competing at the top.
The Serbian played her career's last professional match in the first round of the 2016 US Open, where she lost against Denisa Allertova in straight sets. With injuries hampering her, she eventually called time on her career in late December 2016.
In an earlier social media post, the former World No. 1 admitted that although it was tough, she made it clear that quitting the sport was the right choice.
"A really tough decision that I made six years ago, but never regretted. Stepping back from my career was hard, but that doesn’t mean that tennis hasn’t remained my passion after all," she wrote on her Instagram post.
The 2008 French Open champion said injuries troubled her confidence and made her think about pursuing other things in life.
"I think it's always a very hard moment in your career when you make that decision but to be honest, last year or over a year, I was really struggling with a lot of injuries and I felt like I could never get myself back in shape to be in the top and I really felt it was time for me to step back and to look for other opportuinites and other wishes that I had for starting a different career," she stated.
After her retirement, Ivanovic has shifted her focus to being an entrepreneur in the skincare business. She owns a cosmetics line called the Ana Ivanovic Natural Performance.
