Coco Gauff showed off her stunning natural hair in a recent commercial shoot for Carol's Daughter, a New York-based hair care brand. Gauff posed alongside American sports journalist Taylor Rooks for the ad campaign
Earlier this year, Gauff signed a multi-year partnership with Carol's Daughter, her first brand sponsorship deal with a beauty brand. In addition to this collaboration, the former World No.2 also represents top brands such as New Balance, Bose, and Barilla among others.
Coco Gauff recently took to social media to share a series of photos of herself from her latest commercial shoot for Carol's Daughter. She was dressed in an all-white ensemble with half of her hair styled in braids. In the pictures, she posed with the brand's hair care product alongside journalist Taylor Rooks.
“Had a great day with @taylorrooks on set with @carolsdaughter 💜 #goddessstrong," Gauff captioned her Instagram stories.
This year has been a successful one for Coco Gauff, with two singles titles under her belt. She kicked off the year by defending her title at the 2024 ASB Classic, defeating Elina Svitolina 6-7, 6-3, 6-3 in the final. Most recently, she clinched the China Open title by triumphing over Karolina Muchova 6-1, 6-3 in the championship match.
In addition to her singles success, the World No.3 also secured a doubles title at the French Open. She partnered with Katerina Siniakova, and Gauff and triumphed over the Italian duo of Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini 7-6(5), 6-3 in the final to win the doubles title at Roland Garros.
Coco Gauff will next compete at WTA Finals 2024
Coco Gauff's performances this season have earned her a spot in the 2024 WTA Finals which is set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from November 2 to November 9, 2024. This will be the American's third time competing at a season-ending tournament, having previously qualified in 2022 and 2023.
During last year's WTA Finals, Gauff competed in both the singles and doubles events. In singles, she started strong by defeating Ons Jabeur 6-0, 6-1 in her opening match, but then fell to eventual champion Iga Swiatek 0-6, 5-7 in the next round.
The World No.3 then bounced back by defeating Marketa Vondrousova 5–7, 7–6(4), 6–3 to secure a spot in the semifinals, only to be defeated by eventual runner-up Jessica Pegula with a score of 6-2, 6-1.
In the doubles event, Gauff teamed up with Pegula and made it to the third group stage match before being defeated 6–3, 4–6, [8–10] by the eventual champions Laura Siegemund and Vera Zvonareva.
This year, Coco Gauff will be competing in the singles event of the WTA Finals alongside Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka, Elena Rybakina, Jasmine Paolini, Jessica Pegula, Zheng Qinwen, and Barbora Krejcikova.
