Venus Williams has debuted a fresh new look, trading her dark hair for chic blonde locks. The tennis icon showed off her transformation and teased the classic saying, 'blondes have more fun'.
Williams took to Instagram to share multiple visuals of her new look. Her chic transformation will surely turn heads.
In one Instagram story, where Williams debuted her fresh blonde locks, she captioned it:
"Maybe blondes do have more fun"
In another story, where she showed off her blonde hair, the American seemingly confirmed the saying by writing:
"Def fun :)"
Venus Williams seems to have followed the lead of her sister Serena Williams, who has been sporting blonde locks for many years. Most recently, Serena debuted her platinum blonde hair at the Paris Olympics.

Venus Williams recently launched her new wellness book, STRIVE: 8 STEPS To Find Your Awesome. She took to Instagram to announce the launch with a video talking about 'fulfillment' and visuals showcasing her journey from a tennis player to an entrepreneur. She captioned the video:
"I’m so excited to finally share that my new book, STRIVE, is here! It’s been such a journey putting all my experiences and lessons into words, both from life and from the tennis court," Williams wrote.

Venus's sister Serena Williams uploaded a part of the video on her Instagram story and showed support. Meanwhile, Serena's husband Alexis Ohanian took to X to share words of encouragement for his sister-in-law.

Venus has not yet officially retired from professional tennis. The 44-year-old participated in the Indian Wells and Miami events earlier this year and faced first-round exits.
The American, however, has been actively collaborating with brands in the past few months including beauty brand Schwarzkopf Professional USA, Happy Viking Superfood, and Dove. She has also featured on the covers of Perfect Magazine and Harper's Bazaar.
