"You wouldn't believe how many countries there are. I'm trying the best I can to get back to everybody... There are a lot of countries. Literally, everyone called. It was very nice," he added.

Martina Navratilova pens message for the US citizens after Donald Trump's election victory
On November 5, 2024, the US Presidential Elections took place between Republican Donald Trump, Democrat Kamala Harris, and other candidates. Trump, who previously served as the President from 2016 to 2020 won several swing states that helped him earn his second term in office.
Martina Navratilova, who consistently campaigned for the Democrats and condemned the Republicans, wrote an alarming message for the US citizens after the elections.
"Well, Trump won. Fear and anger won. And a country that was born as a racist patriarchy proved beyond any reasonable doubt it still is a racist patriarchy. Not sure when this ceases to be true," Martina Navratilova wrote on X.
Since then, Navratilova has continued to critique Trump's upcoming term. She has not been on board with the cabinet that the 78-year-old is building and labeled it an "oligarchy."
Moreover, the American tennis legend was also unimpressed with Trump's nomination of Kash Patel as the FBI Director. Patel was labeled a "conspiracy theorist" by an X account and Navratilova remarked:
"Jesus..."
