Naomi Osaka turns heads in stylish red dress, adorably captures her boyfriend Cordae showing off his dance moves at Jamie Foxx's birthday party
Naomi Osaka and her boyfriend, Cordae, recently enjoyed an evening out at American actor and comedian Jamie Foxx's birthday party. While the former World No. 1 dazzled in an eye-catching outfit, Cordae opted for a more casual ensemble.
Following a relaxing off-season that included a scenic trip to Japan and a beachside getaway to the Cayman Islands, Osaka commenced her preparations for the 2025 season with her new coach Patrick Mouratoglou, choosing to train at UCLA.
On December 13, the former World No. 1 took a break from her pre-season training to attend actor Jamie Foxx's birthday party at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills. Naomi Osaka dressed up for the occasion in a glamorous red minidress, which she paired with a lavish Louis Vuitton bag, a black jacket, and black stilettos with red rose embellishments. She opted for a chic updo and natural makeup to round out her look.
The 27-year-old's boyfriend Cordae accompanied her to the high-profile event, donning an all-black tracksuit. Osaka shared highlights from their time at the party on social media, including a clip of herself enjoying watching Cordae show off his dance moves.
According to reports from Spanish publication Marca, Naomi Osaka and her boyfriend Cordae also made a heartwarming gesture after leaving the party. The couple gave a homeless man, who was suffering from HIV and lupus, a 10-dollar bill.
Naomi Osaka on parenting daughter Shai with her boyfriend Cordae: "He's just an easygoing guy, we respect each other's opinions"
Naomi Osaka and her boyfriend Cordae have a daughter, Shai, born in 2023. In an interview with InStyle Magazine last year, the former World No. 1 disclosed that she found it easy to co-parent with Cordae.
Osaka credited her boyfriend's "easygoing" personality and their mutual respect for their successful parenting partnership, emphasizing that they both made sure to prioritize what was best for their daughter Shai.
"Parenting with Cordae has been easy so far. We built a really good foundation. I don't know if it's because he's just an easygoing guy, but I think we just respect each other's opinions. And if we disagree on something, we talk it out. At the end of the day, we both want what's best for Shai," Osaka said.
On the tennis front, Naomi Osaka will kick off her 2025 season at the ASB Classic in Auckland as preparation for the Australian Open. The WTA 250 event is scheduled to commence on December 30.
