"Never felt so good" - Alex de Minaur revels in 'slow pace days' with girlfriend Katie Boulter ahead of couple's 2025 preparations

Tennis couple Alex de Minaur and Katie Boulter are enjoying some "slow pace days" at a scenic location during the offseason. The pair will soon begin preparations for their 2025 season which commences in less than a month.

De Minaur and Boulter enjoyed title-winning seasons this year and were off to vacation soon after their season ended. The Aussie posted several images on his Instagram from their vacation with him posing at an elevated viewpoint overlooking a vast landscape with green hills and open fields.

In another image, the 25-year-old was seen carrying what appeared to be a Christmas tree with Boulter, in a jolly pose, beside him. He captioned the post:

"Couple slow pace days never felt so good 😊😍❄️🥶"

De Minaur and Boulter have been together since March 2020. The Brit made their relationship public after she posted their image on Instagram in March 2021, celebrating one year with the Aussie. Alex de Minaur was presented the ATP Social 'Couple Goals' award during his appearance at the ATP Finals in Turin. The Aussie's winning speech was filled with comedic charm even claiming that he had a conversation with his girlfriend Katie Boulter about preparing to win the award.

"Wow, this is a dream come true. Honestly, at the start of the year, I had a talk with Katie, I sat her down and I was like, 'We need to take this more seriously because we need to win this award.' Honestly, I would call her right now and tell her that we've won the award but she's flying, so, it's a shame," Alex de Minaur said. "I will let her know and I would not be surprised if she's got some tears of excitement running down her face."

Days later, Boulter followed De Minaur with her hilarious acceptance speech while holding an imaginary trophy:

"I mean this is the moment I've been waiting for my whole life. I'm obviously really proud of this one. This is the one we've been aiming for. This is the penultimate right here. As Alex said, it means everything to us. It really means so much. It's going to go straight home onto the mantelpiece in front of all the two trophies that we both got this year, so, yeah, thank you. It means a lot."

De Minaur will next be on the court at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown Finals in London. The event will be played from December 6-8. Later, Boulter and he will be on opposing ends as their nations are drawn in the same group at the United Cup set to be held at the end of 2024 going into 2025.
