Serena Williams' ex-coach trolls Donald Trump after former US President makes McDonald's-inspired swipe at Joe Biden
Serena Williams' ex-coach Rennae Stubbs responded to Donald Trump after he shared a joke about the US presidential election targeted at Joe Biden. She has frequently called out the former US president for his statements and actions.
Trump shared a meme on his X account on Sunday, October 27 with him wearing a McDonald's apron and Joe Biden holding an ice cream. The former US president took a dig at him and said:
"When I'm president the McDonald's Ice Cream machines will work great again!"
Stubbs trolled Trump and posted:
"You know you're not running against him, right?"
Stubbs has been a vocal critic of Trump in recent weeks. In a post on October 14 tweet, she wrote:
"You vote for Trump, you’re showing us who you REALLY are. And I tell you, you are not my friend. Because even if you don’t think you’re a racist or homophobic or toxic, these people sure are & the only way to teach these people that intolerance is NOT okay, is to rid your party of him."
Stubbs also called out Trump's recent statements about Vice President Kamala Harris.
Serena Williams' ex-coach slams Donald Trump dig at Kamala Harris
Serena Williams' ex-coach Rennae Stubbs shared her dismay over Donald Trump's statements about Kamala Harris during a Latrobe, Pennsylvania rally on Saturday, October 19. He said:
"So you have to tell Kamala Harris that you’ve had enough. That you just can’t take it anymore. 'We can’t stand you, you’re a s**t vice president. The worst. You're the worst vice president. Kamala, you’re fired. Get the hell out of here, you’re fired.'"
Stubbs re-posted a video of the address and shared her annoyance:
"What an embarrassment, my god. If you think this is normal behavior and you’re okay with it, wow, I have some gold bars to sell you."
Stubbs called Trump out for his statement before his fraud hearing too. She took to her X and re-posted a video where Trump was seen defending himself from the allegations in front of the media before entering his trial.
"My financial documents are valued much less than my actual documents, which nobody even notices. But the financial documents that I gave to the bank are much less than my actual net worth. So, therefore, I gave it to the bank so they can’t be abroad because I gave them lower numbers. I’m probably one of the only people ever to seek a loan. I don't even need a loan because you see the kind of cash I have, I don't even need loans," said Trump.
Stubbs added her post, saying:
“I would literally walk into traffic if I was his lawyer!”
Serena Williams' ex-coach had an exceptional career in tennis, as she won six grand slam titles, 60 WTA titles, and three World TeamTennis titles.
