Serena Williams' five-year old daughter Olympia makes pancake designs, proud father Alexis Ohanian shares adorable video
Serena Williams' husband and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian recently shared an adorable video of their daughter Olympia making some pancake art.
Williams and Ohanian have never been shy about sharing special moments with their daughter. The 23-time Grand Slam champion and the entrepreneur frequently use social media to share these moments with their fans all over the world.
Ohanian has previously shared photos of himself drawing with Olympia, as well as videos of the father-daughter duo fishing and playing golf. He even posted a video of the five-year-old playing a game on a gaming console.
On March 20, Ohanian shared an adorable video of Olympia trying her hand at pancake art. She used red, blue and white pancake batter to design her own sweet treat.
"@olympiaohanian is now making her own design pancakes — has the torch already been passed???" Ohanian captioned the Instagram post.
Venus and Serena Williams given special Women's Day tribute by World Surf League stars
Venus and Serena Williams were recently honored by World Surf League surfers in recognition of International Women's Day. The tennis legends were celebrated for their remarkable contributions to the sport and for serving as role models for countless young girls all over the world.
The MEO Rip Curl Pro Portugal is a prestigious professional surfing competition that is part of the World Surf League World Tour. Surfers taking part in the event this year paid tribute to numerous tennis players. They wore surf suits with the names of these legendary tennis players emblazoned on their backs.
Venus Williams was represented by American surfer Lakey Peterson while Serena Williams was represented by French surfer Maxime Huscenot. The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) took to their social media to share pictures from Peniche, Portugal.
On the occasion of International Women's Day, English footballer Michail Antonio, who presently plays for West Ham United FC, also paid tribute to the 23-time Grand Slam champion.
Antonio donned a jersey with Williams' name and his jersey number inscribed on the back. The all-time leading goal scorer for West Ham United in the Premier League also expressed his deep admiration for the former World No. 1.
"It was great to show our support for International Women’s Day. I could have chosen several inspirational women, but in the end, I picked Serena Williams as the name on my shirt for training," Antonio said.
