Singapore Open 2025: TV schedule, start time, order of play, live streaming details and more | Day 2

Day 2 of the Singapore Open will take place on January 28, with a total of eight matches taking place. 16 players will be in action in order to determine the remaining Round of 16 spots at the WTA 250 event.

The opening day of the tournament saw top seed Anna Kalinskaya register her first win of the season, as she registered a hard-fought 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 win over Caroline Dolehide. Another notable result was seventh seed Emma Raducanu suffering a 7-5, 5-7, 5-7 defeat to Cristina Bucsa.

Raducanu is the only seeded player to be out of the tournament so far (not counting Amanda Anisimova, who withdrew). Sixth seed Camila Osorio booked her place in the second round with a 6-1, 6-7(0), 6-3 victory over Bernarda Pera.

On Day 2, four seeded players will be in action, with second seed Elise Mertens facing Taylor Townsend. Fourth seed Wang Xinyu will face Rebecca Marino while Moyuka Uchijima will be up against Olivia Gadecki. The likes of Polina Kudermetova, Kimberly Birrell and Hailey Baptiste will also be in action, as they look to book their spots in the second round of the Singapore Open.
