WATCH: Serena Williams hops on to hilarious "Steady on the road bus driver" TikTok trend; applies makeup with a classy private jet twist

Serena Williams joined a hilarious TikTok trend inspired by a dialogue from the show "Dance Moms." The American tennis star added her own twist to it by recording the clip in her private jet.

A viral TikTok trend has emerged, inspired by a scene from the American reality series "Dance Moms." In the second episode of the first season, kids are getting ready on a bus when one mother asks the driver to drive steadily, as they are doing eye makeup. She says:

"Bus driver, we're doing eye makeup back here, steady on the road!"

Williams, founder of the makeup brand Wyn Beauty, joined the trend by filming herself applying eye makeup while lip-syncing the dialogue. The camera then pivots and reveals her surroundings in detail, showing that she’s actually aboard a private jet.

According to Amalfi Jets, Williams regularly uses their private jet services and usually opts for the Gulfstream G650. She uses the services along with her husband Alexis Ohanian and their children.

Serena Williams launched Wyn Beauty in partnership with The Good Glamm Group earlier this year. The brand markets itself as "makeup you can move in."

In an interview with skincare magazine Byrdie, the 23-time Grand Slam champion said her beauty brand aims to be inclusive and accessible, was drawn from her own experiences, and was for "everyone." Williams said,

"It's not about [the celebrity title] for me. This brand is for everyone — it doesn't matter who you are. We've drawn from my experiences and everyday life to reach everyone and fit their needs. For me, it's about creating a collection that speaks to me, whether I'm on the tennis court or picking my daughter up from school.
"A little goes a long way with what we've created with WYN Beauty. If I wake up late, I can quickly put on our skin tint, concealer, and lip and cheek tint and look fully made up all day. WYN Beauty wants you to understand you can be glamorous and active—and own it."

Speaking from her own experience, she said beauty brands in the past offered limited options for people with darker skin tones. This led her to learn how to do her makeup to ensure she looked her best.

A number of athletes now use Wyn Beauty, including Taylor Townsend and Nigerian discuss thrower Chioma Onyekwere.
