WATCH: Stefanos Tsitsipas & girlfriend Paula Badosa adorably hold hands while spending quality time together in the gym at Cincinnati Open 2024

Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa were spotted spending quality time together in the gym at the 2024 Cincinnati Open. The couple were holding hands while being involved in a stretching session.

Tsitsipas and Badosa participated in the ongoing hard court event in Cincinnati in preparation for the upcoming US Open. The ninth-seed Greek got the better of Jan-Lenard Struff in the first round but was defeated by Jack Draper in the second round.

Meanwhile, Badosa has been on an impressive run as she got the better of Peyton Stearns, Anna Kalinskaya, and Yulia Putintseva in straight sets to advance into the quarterfinals.

On Friday, August 16, Tsitsipas and Badosa were spotted in the gym at the Cincinnati Open where they held hands while indulging in a stretching routine. Tennis TV's X (formerly Twitter) account uploaded the video of the couple and wrote:

"Couples that stretch together, stay together 🥰"

Notably, this is not the first time the couple has been spotted in the gym. In January, Tsitsipas and Badosa were involved in a post-match recovery session at the Australian Open. Earlier, in June 2023, the couple showed off their dance moves in the gym.

Stefanos Tsitsipas was scheduled to play his first-round match against Jan-Lenard Struff on Center Court at the 2024 Cincinnati Open while Paula Badosa was set to play on the adjacent Grand Stand against Peyton Stearns.

Tsitsipas lost his first set but turned it around to win 4-6, 6-4, 6-3. Meanwhile, Badosa won her match comfortably 6-2, 7-5. However, in a post-match interview with "Tennis Channel", the Spaniard opened up about the difficulties of the arrangement. She said she was losing focus in her match.

"It’s not.. look, it’s not easy to play on Grand Stand and hearing his result all the time... There was a few times I was like, ‘Sh*t, he lost the set! Paula, focus. Focus on your match’... "Because you continue hearing him. Yeah, it was not easy playing at the same time," Paula Badosa said

Further, the 26-year-old jokingly asked to not be scheduled to play at the same time as her boyfriend.

"Next time, guys, put me (on at a) different time," she joked.

The Citi Open champion will next take on Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in the quarterfinal of the Cincinnati Open on Saturday, August 17.
