Taylor Fritz and Morgan Riddle recently shared a heartwarming moment as they continued their adventures in Tokyo. The couple has been exploring the city since Fritz's early exit from the 2024 Japan Open.
They arrived in Tokyo shortly after Fritz's campaign at the Laver Cup in Berlin, where Team World fell short of clinching their third consecutive title despite the World No. 7's efforts. Entering the Japan Open as the top seed, the American took on Arthur Fils in his opening match, with Fils claiming a hard-fought 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 win to advance to the second round.
Despite his early exit from the ATP 500 event, Taylor Fritz and Morgan Riddle stayed back in Tokyo and made good use of the former's Japanese lessons on Duolingo to explore the city. They indulged in the local cuisine at the popular Ichiran Ramen in Shinjuku, with the 26-year-old teaching Riddle to order in Japanese.
The couple continued their adventures in Tokyo, showing off their color-coordinated outfits as Fritz adorably planted a kiss on his girlfriend's forehead. The World No. 7 sported a casual look with white pants, a black t-shirt and white sneakers, while Riddle donned an elegant white dress, paired with black shoes and matching accessories.
"Runnin around tokyo ˗ˋˏ ♡ ˎˊ˗," Riddle captioned her Instagram post.
The couple stopped by McDonald's for a bite before heading off for shopping, with Riddle expressing her delight at the fashion scene in Tokyo.
"Ugh the shopping here is toooo good," Riddle posted on her Instagram story.
