WATCH: US Open finalist Jessica Pegula gets 'good luck' message from billionaire father-owned Buffalo Bills' players ahead of Aryna Sabalenka clash

Jessica Pegula received scores of good wishes from players of NFL team Buffalo Bills ahead of her final against Aryna Sabalenka at the 2024 US Open. Pegula will fight for her first Grand Slam title while the Belarusian will look to win her first major title outside of Australia.

Pegula's father Terry, who has an estimated net worth of $7.7 billion (according to Forbes), owns the NFL franchise Buffalo Bills and the NHL team Buffalo Sabres.

The American is going to play arguably the most important match of her career when she takes on Sabalenka for the 2024 US Open title. She received 'good luck' messages from numerous Bills players.

Dawson Knox, Khalil Shakir, Josh Allen, Joe Andreessen, Kingsley Jonathan, and Kaiir Elam all sent their best wishes to Pegula.

Javon Solomon expressed his pride at Pegula's achievement.

"Oh my gosh, good luck I have been keeping up. Good luck. Do your thing, we're proud of you," Solomon said.

Edefuan Ulofoshio stated that Pegula was going to "kill it."

"I am not going to wish her good luck because she is going to kill it. That's facts," Ulofoshio stated.

Casey Toohill hilariously remarked that Aryna Sabalenka scared him.

"Good luck. I hope you beat Sabalenka. She scares me. But I think you got it," Toohill said hilariously.

Rasul Douglas reminded the American of her prowess and wished her good luck.

"You know what to do. We all know what you're capable of. Good luck," Douglas quipped.

Jessica Pegula talked about how tough it will be to play against Aryna Sabalenka at the 2024 US Open women's singles final. The American stated during her on-court interview after her semifinal that the Belarusian is the favorite to win the tournament.

Pegula is hoping to get revenge on the World No. 2 for the 2024 Cincinnati Open final, which Sabalenka won.

"Playing Aryna is going to be tough. She showed how tough she is and why she's probably the favorite to win this tournament. It will be a rematch of Cincinnati, so hopefully, I can get some revenge out here. She will be tough to beat, but that's what the finals are for, so I'm ready," Pegula said.

Sabalenka leads the head-to-head against Pegula at 5-2. Although their hard court head-to-head is tied at 2-2.
