Taylor Fritz's girlfriend Morgan Riddle has shared a health update following her agonizing bout with illness. Riddle also disclosed that she had begun her Christmas preparations after being forced to miss the Thanksgiving spread this year.
Riddle recently made an appearance at the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, where she hosted the amfAR gala and interviewed several celebrities, including her "favorite WAG," actress Juno Temple. After enjoying the race, meeting several Elvis impersonators, and mingling with Paris Hilton, the 27-year-old fell ill upon returning home.
Having come down with norovirus, Taylor Fritz's girlfriend Morgan Riddle admitted that she had been "fighting for her life for the last 48 hours." Riddle continued to share updates about her health on social media, disclosing that she was struggling to stay awake for longer than 45 minutes and was having "weird" dreams.
The illness also wreaked havoc on the 27-year-old's Thanksgiving plans, as she had to skip the traditional holiday meal while resorting to taking an intravenous saline solution.
However, Morgan Riddle has shifted her focus to Christmas, sharing a glimpse of the festive decorations she had put up in her and Fritz's home after surviving her distressing illness ordeal.
"We're alive! And I decorated for Christmas," she posted on her Instagram story.

Amid his girlfriend Morgan Riddle's struggle with illness, Taylor Fritz adorably surprised her with a bouquet of peonies and a heartwarming note wishing her a speedy recovery.
"Hope you feel better soon baby," the message read.
Fritz has often spoken about how much of a positive impact his girlfriend has had on his life. During a press conference at the Shanghai Masters, the World No. 4 shared that Riddle made his life "easier" during tournaments, which helped him perform better on the court.
"Yeah, I mean, she does an amazing job of kind of doing all the work that she has to do, and then also still doing a lot of the things that help me perform and do better, you know, just kind of making my life easier, making sure we're going to sleep at a certain time, getting up at a certain time," Fritz said.
Taylor Fritz is currently gearing up for the 2025 season, which he will commence in Australia. Before that, the American will also take part in the World Tennis League exhibition event in Abu Dhabi, featuring in a star-studded lineup alongside Iga Swiatek, Daniil Medvedev, Aryna Sabalenka, and Elena Rybakina, among others.
