"We are waiting" - Nick Kyrgios and Andre Agassi's former coach Brad Gilbert chime in on which NBA team Kevin Durant should join next

Nick Kyrgios, an avid basketball fan, has put in his two cents regarding the possibility of Kevin Durant requesting a trade from the Brooklyn Nets and taking his talents elsewhere.

Following the shocking announcement of Durant's teammate Kyrie Irving requesting a trade from the Brooklyn Nets, there is a lot of speculation about Kevin Durant following suit as well. Since Durant requested a trade prior to the start of the 2022-2023 season, it is not out of the realm of possibility that he may do so again. Reportedly, there are a number of teams that would be interested in acquiring the two-time NBA Finals MVP.

Nick Kyrgios is a very passionate basketball fan as evidenced by his recent move to become co-owner of the NBL team, Melbourne Phoenix. He is an ardent supporter of the number one team in the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics, and is frequently seen expressing his support for the team and the players. He was even spotted showing off his Boston Celtics jersey while practicing for Wimbledon in 2022.

Tennis coach Brad Gilbert also chimed in to say that he felt that Durant would look better back in the Golden State Warriors uniform, the very team he left for the Brooklyn Nets and Kyrie Irving.

"He [Durant] would look a lot better back in Warrios uniform," Gilbert opined.
