Novak Djokovic makes an appearance on David Letterman Show
World No. 1 and Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic was at his humorous best when he made a guest appearance on the Late show with David Letterman. The talk show host complemented Novak and wished him luck for the US Open which starts on August 25.
"You look to be in tremendous physical condition," said the long-time talk show host. "Are you?" .
"Are you asking me to take off my shirt now?" Djokovic asked with a laugh as the audience erupted in joy.
"If you'd be more comfortable, then go ahead," replied Letterman.
The Serbian also told Letterman about being inspired by the Sampras-Agassi rivalry, the effect technology is having on tennis and his 'out-of-body experience' during his epic Australian Open final with Rafael Nadal.
Novak is seeded No. 1 for the last Grand Slam of the year and will aim to win his second US Open title after emerging triumphant in 2011.
