Although his name has bloomed only off late, he already has wins against the likes of Alexander Zverev, Taylor Fritz and Holger Rune. Tallon Griekspoor began playing tennis at the tender age of five. On the ATP Challenger Tour in 2021, the aggressive starlet set the record for most titles in a season and ended with 25 straight wins (8-0 in finals and 42-7 overall). Griekspoor turned pro in 2015 and is coached by former top-30 player Kristof Vliegen.

Griekspoor reached the fourth round of a Masters tournament for the first time in his career at the 2024 Madrid Open, defeating Holger Rune. He finished semi-finalist at the 2024 Libema Open and lost to Novak Djokovic in the quarterfinals at the 2024 Geneva Open.
