World No. 2 and 17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer clinched his 7th Cincinnati Masters title after beating the top-ranked player in the world Novak Djokovic in straight sets 7-6 6-3 in the final on Sunday.

After the match, the 34-year-old confirmed his participation in next year’s tournament while conceding he didn't know how many more Cincinnati titles he would win. Djokovic was equally praiseworthy of his opponent on the day, saying that he lost to a better player on the day.

"I don't know how many more of these I have left, but I'll see you next year,” Federer said.

"Federer is a more aggressive player here because of the fast court conditions. He was just the better player,” Djokovic said.

But the day wasn't memorable for Federer just from the point of view of his victory on the day. The Swiss ace had an equally special moment when one of his daughters put on a hat on his head while he was celebrating in the crowd.

"Papa! Papa! You need a hat! You need a hat!" she said.

After wearing the hat for a few moments, Federer removed it and put it back on his daughter’s head.

Here’s a video of the moment between Federer and his daughter.
