At the 2024 Davis Cup, Nadal lost against Botic van de Zandschulp from Netherlands by 6-4, 6-4 in the singles quarterfinals. Roger Federer has won the Australian Open six times (2004, 2006, 2007, 2010, 2017, and 2018), the French Open once in 2009, Wimbledon eight times (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2012, and 2017), and the US Open five times in a row from 2004 to 2008.

Rafael Nadal has won the Australian Open twice (2009 and 2022), the French Open 14 times (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022), Wimbledon twice (2008 and 2010), and the US Open four times (2010, 2013, 2017, and 2019).

The Federer-Nadal Rivalry

Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer's tennis rivalry is regarded as one of the best in the sport's history. Nadal has a 24-16 overall advantage over Federer in their 40 matches, including a 14-10 lead in the finals.
