Wimbledon 2024 Men's Singles Winner Odds: Carlos Alcaraz outright favorite to win the title, followed by Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic

Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz is said to be the man to beat at the 2024 Wimbledon Championships as he emerged as the bookie's favorite for the crown. World No. 1 Jannik Sinner and seven-time Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic follow closely behind, with the odds also stacked in their favor.

Alcaraz enters SW19 on the back of a disappointing second-round loss at the cinch Championships, going down to Jack Draper in straight sets 7-6 (3), 6-3. He did, however, retain the trust of bookmakers who deemed him the favorite to win the men's singles title. BetMGM has him at +150 odds, which means a wager of $100 on him will fetch $150 upon a successful title run.

Australian Open champion Sinner trails Alcaraz in second position with +275 odds. The Italian has impressed on the grass this year, claiming the Terra Wortmann Open in Halle last week with a straight-sets win over Hurkacz. His best result at the Wimbledon Championships was a semifinal finish in 2022.

Djokovic trails the pair in third position with odds of +350 odds. The Serb has been a shadow of himself so far in 2024, and is yet to win a title. He has also been marred by injuries and in fact, remained a doubt for this year's Championships until yesterday. He declared in an interview yesterday that he was “feeling good” and gave a thumbs-up when asked if he would be in Friday’s Wimbledon draw.

Alexander Zverev and Stefanos Tsitsipas grab spots four and five with +700 and +900 odds each. Zverev will look to carry the same winning momentum into SW19 that saw him clinch the Italian Open and reach the final at the French Open last month.

Casper Ruud and Holger Rune surprise everybody as the oddsmakers' fifth and sixth picks, ranking above the likes of Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev. Ruud is the sixth favorite to win the title with +1200 odds while Rune occupies seventh position with +2200 odds.

Ruud holds a 39-10 record so far this season, winning two titles in Barcelona and Geneva. He also reached the last four of the French Open where he went down to Alexander Zverev. He's yet to get past the second round at Wimbledon and hopes to achieve it this year.

Rune on the contrary is 22-13 for the season and has no titles yet to his name. He's reached the last four in Bavaria and Mexico, and the last eight in Indian Wells, Montpellier, and Monaco. He debuted at Wimbledon two years ago and made the quarterfinals last year, going down to eventual champion Carlos Alcaraz.
