3 teams that can target 5-star OT Andrew Babalola
#3 Auburn
The Auburn Tigers are one of the major contenders to acquire Babalola. However, the 6-foot-5.5 offensive tackle hasn't visited the Tigers since May of this year.
According to 247Sports, the Tigers' 2025 recruiting class is currently ranked fifth in the country. Auburn has landed 22 commitments from the class and recently extended 306 offers to premier high school seniors. Hugh Freeze and company have landed 3 offensive linemen so far, and they hope to land Babalola.
#2 Michigan
The Michigan Wolverines are one of the favorites to land the five-star recruit. Sherrone Moore and company have the second-best odds of acquiring the offensive tackle.
Michigan's 2025 recruiting class is one of the best in the country. It is ranked no.14 with 16 hard commitments. However, they only have two offensive linemen from the class of 2025 on their roster. Adding Babalola would certainly improve their ranking.
#1 Stanford
Babalola made an official visit to Stanford in June. The Kansas native had a great experience during his visit and spoke about it in an interview with On3.
"I had a great time at Stanford this weekend," Babalola told On3's Steve Wiltfong. "The big takeaways for me were seeing Coach Taylor’s vision for the program and the excitement (and) passion around Stanford football again. That was great."
Stanford's class of 2025 is ranked no.32 in the country, as per 247Sports. They are the current favorites to land the coveted five-star recruit with an 88.8% chance, per the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.
