Originally committed to Ohio State, Boggs initially flipped to Missouri on July 4th, only to now commit to UCF, located just 40 minutes northwest of his hometown of Cocoa, Florida.

Standing at 6 feet and weighing 200 pounds, Boggs is ranked as the No. 221 overall prospect, the No. 28 wide receiver, and the No. 34 recruit from Florida in the 2025 class by the On3 Industry Ranking. His decision is a significant win for UCF coach Gus Malzahn and his staff.
