NCAAB insider asserts Carlos Boozer's son Cayden Boozer is the "best passer in high school basketball"
Cayden Boozer, a four-star point guard from Miami, Florida and the son of former NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer, is a future first-round pick, according to NCAA insider Paul Biancardi. He shared his praise for Cayden's playstyle on his Instagram account.
Biancardi also talked highly about his elite passing ability and called it the best in high school basketball. Cayden is the twin brother of top high school prospect Cameron Boozer. They recently announced their commitment to their father's alma mater, Duke.
"A trustworthy point guard who is strong, dependable, and plays with physicality," Biancardi said. "He is the best passer in high school basketball and is projected to be a first-round draft pick."
Cayden is ranked No. 20 nationally and the No. 4 point guard per On3 Industry Rankings. He is also the No. 4 prospect from Florida.
Cayden Boozer received offers from several schools, including Miami, Florida, Kentucky, Florida State, North Carolina and Michigan, but decided to join the Blue Devils just like his father in 1999.

Cayden Boozer and Cameron Boozer, announced their commitment to Jon Scheyer's Duke on Friday. Their father was pleased with their decision and looks forward to seeing them play together in college.
"I'm proud of them. They've worked their butts off for this moment," the twins' father and former Duke player, Carlos Boozer said via ESPN on Friday. "Really excited that they took their time. Decided to play together in college, which is amazing."
"They both complement each other so well. They made the best decision for them. Me and Mom couldn't be any prouder. It's going to be a fun journey."
Cameron is a five-star forward who plays for Columbus High School with his twin brother. He is ranked No. 2 nationally and is the best player at his position per On3 Industry Rankings. He is also the best overall prospect from Florida.
Cameron Boozer won the Gatorade National Boys Basketball Player of the Year award last year and helped Columbus High School secure a 26-4 overall record. He averaged 21.1 points, 11.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game.
On the other hand, Cayden Boozer averaged 14.6 ppg, 4.2 rpg and 5.6 apg for Columbus.
