Kiyan Anthony, the son of former NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony, was in action at the Hoophall Classic. Sports Center's Instagram account shared highlights of the four-star shooting guard as he dazzled onlookers with his skills throughout the game.

Carmelo Anthony attended the game to watch his son and cheered him on as the young guard drove to the hoop and hit multiple tough jumpers. The former New York Knicks guard was especially pleased to see his son hit a 3-pointer.

One reel by Sports Center showed Carmelo Anthony in the background applauding the four-star prospect's play.

"Like father, like son," the post's caption read.

Kiyan Anthony is among the best players in the Class of 2025 and has already signed with the Syracuse Orange, his father's alma mater. Other teams in contention for his signature were Florida State, USC, Providence, Michigan, Ohio State, Indiana and Rutgers.

The four-star shooting guard is one of Syracuse's four signees from the Class of 2025. Sadiq White Jr., Luke Fennell and Aaron Womack are the other three Syracuse signees. The program is ranked No.9 in the Overall Team Rankings, per 247Sports.

Kiyan Anthony announced his commitment to Syracuse on Nov. 15

The four-star prospect from Middle Village, New York, announced his commitment to the Syracuse Orange on Nov. 11. He chose the Jim Boeheim-led program over top schools such as Florida State, USC, Michigan, Rutgers, Tennessee and Illinois.

Kiyan Anthony will hope to follow in his father's footsteps and lead the Orange to an NCAA title. Carmelo Anthony was a huge part of Syracuse's title run in 2003.

The four-star shooting guard had an impressive summer last year, averaging 28.5 points per game at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) Top 100 Camp. He was a 19.6 ppg contributor on Team Melo at the Nike EYBL circuit.

Kiyan Anthony is ranked No.35 in the country and is the 11th-best shooting guard in the Class of 2025, as per On3. He is also the best overall recruit from New York. However, 247Sports has ranked him as the 33rd-best prospect and the 6th-best player at his position.
