Phillip Bell, a four-star receiver from Mission Viejo High School, has received a lot of interest from some of the best schools in the country. The highly sought-after athlete currently has offers from USC, Ohio State, Washington, Georgia and Tennessee, among others.
Although Bell hasn't committed yet, the 6-foot-2 receiver is nearing a decision and will announce it on August 31.
"My mind is made up," Bell told On3. "The main things for me throughout my whole recruitment stayed the same. They were development, a place I know I can be happy at every day and the place that I feel can help get me to where I want to be. That is what my decision came down to."
Phillip Bell is ranked No.177 in the country and is the 19th-best wide receiver in the class of 2025, as per On3 Industry Rankings. He is also the 16th-best overall prospect from California. Let's take a look at the top three contenders for the player.
