“Spent this gorgeous morning on the Esplanade getting the Hatch Shell planted and ready to bloom this spring! 🌸 @bostonbruinsfoundation @esplanadeinboston”, the caption of the post read.

The Esplanade Association has been active for over 23 years, and is focused on revitalizing and maintaining Boston’s Charles River Esplanade. The foundation partners with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, providing educational, cultural, and recreational programs for all.
Boston Bruins Foundation to host “Puck and Paddles” for fans to play with Bruins stars
The Boston Bruins Foundation had a busy October, raising funds and engaging fans through various raffles, auctions, and events. Throughout the month, visitors stopping by Loge 5/6 at TD Garden had the chance to enter raffles and win exclusive Bruins prizes.
While October's spooky season has ended, the foundation announced that fans could expect even more raffles, auctions, and mystery sales of Bruins memorabilia this November. One of the foundation's major upcoming events is the "Pucks and Paddles" auction where fans can bid to play ping pong with Bruins players, alumni, and local celebrities.
The auction will be supporting the 2024 David Pastrnak and 98.5 The Sports Hub event. The bidding will be open until 7:00 pm EST on Nov. 12, 2024.
Last week, the foundation also celebrated a successful fundraiser at a Bruins game. The Pan-Mass Challenge team and the Bruins Foundation presented a check for $281,000 raised for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Top fundraisers included Bruins alumni Bob Sweeney, Charlie Jacobs, and Pedal Partner Kieran.
